Watcher unable to accept Seller Initiated Offer?

In the last few days, I've had a few 'watchers' that have replied to me after I'd done a Seller Initiated Offer (SIO) to them, where they've claimed they're unable to accept the offer.  They then counter my offer back at the same price and I accept.  Seems a little....weird 🙂 .  If someone wants to contact me, I can provide the transaction information.

Ok, you have a couple of strange buyers. Did they pay? If they did, then there's no point in dwelling over their strange behavior. If they don't pay cancel transactions after 4 days citing buyer didn't pay and move on.

Yes, they have paid but having all 3 say basically the same thing led me to think it might be a technical issue versus just 'oddness' 🙂 .

They paid, that's all that matters. 
Don't over think the strange behavior of others.
