For some reason the original thread was closed, but the problem remains, as multiple users have pointed out. So I'm starting a new thread as advised by Triton.
For OVER 6 MONTHS I cannot load my watched items list. I get the error message "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later."
The only way to load your watch list is to reload the page multiple times- and only after trying maybe half a dozen to a dozen tries does it load. Also, if you have multiple pages of watch list items, should you try to load the 2nd page a similar error message comes up saying the page can't be loaded. You have to try multiple times to get it to load.
This is NOT a problem with cookies, browsers or user's computers. This has been reported to ebay and ebay has confirmed is was a problem ON THEIR END and they were working to fix it. However, that was 6 months ago and the problems continue for MULTIPLE users (as evidenced from all the testimonials in the locked thread) with no fix.
You can access your watched items by clicking All Lists, however it's not the same layout or as easy to navigate/work from. All we want is for eBay to worked properly. When this first started eBay changed the formatting on our watch list page. So that is likely connected to this problem, in which case should be easily solvable.

Instead of going to your Watch List, go to All Lists (http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextListIndex). The watch list thing has been going around a lot on the boards as of late, and I'm sure eBay is doing their best to fix it.
the end of your message is hilarious

Ask eBay. They will tell you that "they are working on it".

Ebay, this is STILL a problem. We're creeping up on almost a year now we've been dealing with this. When will you fix it? Do you not want people to use your website?

yes I have been expierincing both of these for quite a few months also it's frustrating as hell. Also when you go to add items to your cart: 1. it takes forever & then comes back and tell you "sorry, blah blah blah" getting feed up!!!!!

After a couple of weeks where watch lists were loading without too much trouble, in the past couple of days the problem is back in full force, with errors instead of watch lists. This coincides with an error when trying to delete an item from our lists.
Why isn't this problem being fixed? It's been a year already!

This problem is still ongoing, PLUS we have NEW watch list problems! CONSTANT script error alerts. See first image attached below.
And now that you just changed the layout of our watch list today (adding the categories at the top) when I try to delete an item from my watch list, after I delete it the whole page automatically relaods but I just get the error message (image 2 below). Why aren't you fixing these problems?!

hard to believe this is STILL going on. it's utterly absurd. yes, if i click-click-click-click the reload button, the watch list eventually deigns to show itself. is that a solution?
last week new fun started. whenever i delete an item from the list, the page reloads, "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later" reappears, and i have to start clicking all over again.
unbelievably, as of today, i cannot advance beyond the first page of the watchlist! the page freezes and all the clicking in the world doesnt help.
what gives?! what's next!?
