WRONG AMOUNT TO COME OUT OF BACK UP ACCOUNT FOR TODAY'S BILLING

It is showing that my bank account will be debited last month's balance on the invoice.  It is not reducing all payments made against it.

For billing issues I would advice you call Ebay right away so they can get it straighted out.
