We have used Volume Pricing to allow buyers to purchase multiple items from our store, across all included listings, for a few years. Sometime in late December, this stopped working, and our items were marked "Not eligible for Volume Pricing" on the Active Listings page. (This notice has disappeared, replaced by "Add Sale/Event").
We use the Marketing tab> create a sale/event> Volume Pricing>select our discounts>select our items>review>start promoting. There is a checkbox on the page to "apply discount to single items only," meaning it would only apply to single listings with qty of more than one. The description below that box makes it clear what that does: "Note: Applying the discount to a single item only will apply the settings to each item in the campaign individually. For example: If items A, B, and C are in this campaign and you’ve checked the above box, then the discount will only be applied if the buyer purchases multiple item As, item **bleep**, or item Cs.The discount will not be applied if the buyer purchases item A with item B, item C with item B, etc."
We always leave that box unchecked, but that is what is happening. eBay CS took 15 minutes to understand what the problem actually was and then promised to "forward the issue to upper management". When I chatted in December, it was going to be fixed in a day or two. I just went through the Help Center info, and there is no mention of being able to use Volume Pricing in this way.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and did you find a solution? To be clear, I don't want one discount level, I can do that with the promotions manager. I want the same increasing percentages we have been using for Volume Pricing for years, and the ability for buyers to choose items from our entire store, if there is still a way to do so.

I guess nobody has any answers? Should I add "luxury watch" to the tags?

I know what you are talking about, I use that feature (Volume Pricing across multiple listings from a "Campaign").
I will go check mine to see what I see.
If you would advise me which of your items this applies to, I can look at your listings.
I may go to bed soon, but I will check back tomorrow if you reply.

I did check mine, and my volume pricing across listings is working.
10-15-20% for 2,3,4 purchases of fabric (as an example)
Here is my promotion

I have stopped adding it to our listings, as long as it stays this way. It's not with the effort if it's not visible at the critical moment when buyers are looking at the price.

Yes, it works, but in our stores, when a buyer is looking at the price of the item, there is nothing visible if there is only a quantity of 1 available (99% of our items). It's only mentioned in the cart. People are done shopping when they get to the cart.

Ok, I agree - it doesn't show on single listings.
Also this banner is not "clickable" which the banner is normally clickable for a promotion.
So I am now on the same page with you.
Let me think about the best way to report this.
