I had a volume pricing discount "Buy 2 get 5% off; Buy 3 get 10% off; Buy 4 get 15% off" on the majority of my listings (book lots with free shipping). When those listings last renewed the system stripped that promotion from most of those listings. New listings don't seem to offer that option, and when I try to use the revision tool to add the promotion to my active listings it will show as a possible option and I can add it, but when I save the tool doesn't actually add the promotion.
Any idea what is going on here and how I can add it?
