Same deal here. I've been selling on The Bay now for about 20 years, and this is the first time this has ever happened.  I have a dozen items up for auction, and although one of them is displaying 3 watchers, neither it nor the other 11 show views.

I have a second eBay account, logged into it, and then went twice to one of the items listed for auction from my main account.  Re-logged back into the main account, and the view count still displayed zero.

I have had this problem for 2 days now, and really fed up with it. Why is it taking Ebay so long to fix.???

I’m wondering if this is GDPR related. eBay won’t say what’s causing it, so they might be having compliance issues that are leading to this. It seems like this is the longest and most widespread the problem has ever been.

I have made several call and put in a ticket several days ago.  It's still not working.  My sales are at a standstill.  It's impossible to gauge pricing!  This has gone on for over a week now.  I do not know what else to do.  Sell on a different platform?  All the glitches lately have made it impossible for me to make any sales.

Mine hasn't been working for almost two weeks now.  I am tempted to take my auctions down at this point.

Counter and watcher numbers are all over the board,  Must be a big problem because it is still not fixed.  It does not motivate me to list more items,  Sellers rely on these numbers to judge traffic and interest, may just take some time off until the problem is fixed. its like driving blind folded ..  very depressing , eBay please remember "this is the livelyhood for many Americans"  let's get this corrected or be honest with us what is going on and when we can expect it to be corrected,  Thank you

I called eBay about this issue today. The CSR told me eBay is working diligently to correct this issue. He added my name to the list of names already on the help ticket.

He mentioned that by refreshing the page multiple times, the view count may show up. This did not work for me.

This has been an issue for a couple weeks now. Hopefully eBay can fix soon.

Hi if you look at the first thread above this one that started on the 18th and another also gaining size afterwards we are mostly american sellers writing in and have been demanding answers & a fix

still not corrected - it is wide spread - I imagine site wide - mine has gone in and out - I thought it had been corrected yesterday but it is incorrect today with more watchers than views.

to help myself I am only trying to add new listings and not relists as there is still another issue of stagnant sales affecting visibility so you have to be strategic and take a calculated approach. good luck to us all !

This is a Wide Spead problem.  This  glitch and several others have been effecting some users for over a month now.  There have been many threads in several discussion boards.  "Many" people have called Customer Service to see if they can get help or answers to whats going on.  No help as of yet??????? sounds about right.   I believe they know they have a problem, but they dont want to admit they have one.  Maybe more serious than we know.  Problems have been getting worse. 

Sellers are getting the short end of the stick.  No views or views missing are a seroius problem.  It does effect the seller metrics if it goes on long enough.  What ever was done to cause this problem needs to be undone.   Would be nice if they would beta test all these changes before they turn them loose on the rest of us.  I would like a say in these new seller policy changes too.... particularly this stupidly long return policy..... I only have 30 and 60 days return policies now....  I thought the 14 day policy was too long....    Ebay is No fun anymore.....I am about done with it.

Same problem with views here. At least 2 weeks, if not more. I tried changing the number of items per page, and that didn't make any difference as far as view counts. Still dashes. Once in awhile I can get the views on just one page out of 4, but the views do not seem to change since the last time I may have seen them and the next time I visit that page, all views are just dashes. My sales have about dropped to 0, which is not the norm. It's very disappointing to say the least. I liked Ebay when I first started a little over a year ago, but that liking is declining as time goes on. I hope a fix is on the way soon. I've researched Bonanza a bit, and may take another look at it again just to try it out. I think now is the time, with all of this down time.
