View count on all active items switched to 0

The view count on all active items for sale has become 0 on all of my listings. This is happening on a google chrome browser and the mobile app. Watched count is still there, but views are all 0.

Ditto! Ebay, please fix. This is important information for Sellers because it shows there is actually activty on the site as well as activity on individual items for sale. This info is importatn for Sellers who may decide to make changes on items in an effor to enhance the buying experience.

Same issue is happening for me as well. All views are showing as zero. Even the listings with watchers on them have 0 views.

Same thing happening here. Has this been reported to EBay?

Same thing here. Views for some items reset to 0 or a very low number - lower than the number of watchers, even on new listings. In addition, new views are still not being registered, the count has not gone up for the majority of my auctions for days.

yes...same here. just made another thread about this because I didn't see this thread.

same...views haven't gone up in days. at all.

and yes, yeah...I already saw the "way views are displayed" info - it's still pretty shocking (and a major bummer) to see that some items have ZERO views and others have only a few with no changes in days 😞 😞 😞 #deadsville
