I had a problem no verification code coming through to my phone, this is the first time its happened. I reported the problem, TWICE. This is what I did, I went on ebay.com not ebay uk which is my site. Logged in verification code arrived on my phone. so I was able to get into my account. I turned off 2 step verification and switched to e-mail verification. I will switch back when and if ebay decide to fix this bug, They promised to call back when the problem is solved but so far no call back. This is how I can post this comment.
