Vehicle compatibility - no tab or option.

I have come to an issue pertaining to vehicles parts and compatibility. The compatibility tab bar doesn't show up nor give me the option to enter the information.  I'm assuming another glitch is occurring.

sometimes with missing stuff........be sure browser is up to date.......close it, reopen, refresh it..........or try a different browser........
