Variant Listing Images not matching

I am having issues with many of my listings that use variants, the images are not aligning with the variant image that was uploaded for the product.  Also, many times when I select a variant, it defaults to the Authentication video.

Here is one listing where I am seeing the issue :

In my dashboard I have a distinct image for each variant, however the MP_1 image loads for both the MP_1 variant and the LP_2 variant.  It seems like it might be something to do with one of the variants requiring Authentication and the other not.

Even listings with one variant are not working.  Take this listing:

When selecting the variant MP_1, it changes the photo to the Authentication video by ebay and not my variant image.  It looks like that video might be messing with the indexing on the backend?

The listing loads through the various variation images, and I do think the insertion of the video disrupts the sequencing through the variations.  Notice the appearance and disappearance of the thumbnail on the left. Going through the frames, we can see the indicator move on the thumbnails and ultimately display the wrong image.
