I have an issue for half a year.
From ebay support they told me that if I want to move account from ebay.com to ebay.de, that I need to close ebay.com account and open ebay.de.
Which I did, but issue is email. I cannot use old ebay.com email, even if account is closed for half a year now. they are saying that this email is used and link to other account. This is not true , it belong to my old account which is not active any longer. I proved this several times with email, replays from this closed email etc, since this email is still valid I want to use it in ebay.
I am sending emails to support all the time and I also receive some email to close old account also, but at the end nothing happen.
At one point always everything stops, no new email, no replay and I must open new case again and start from very beginning, with explanations and proving etc.
I have everything over my head and if this sees someone who can do something (stuff, manager), please solve this issue or I will quit with ebay, since this is already ridiculous.
