Not with a valid driver license, not with a valid international passport, not with personal ID/social security number in EU.
Updating my personal details for working directly with my bank accoint in beg. June was successful. And I never, EVER have problems in last 10 years or so.
And my payments are withheld!!! But invoices from ebay come, and by the way - automatic payment that was always working fine - is now disabled, too!

You are in Sweden........are you saying you have a US bank account/US Dr. Lic? If not, probably need to ask on a European Board rather than the US.....the rules have changed quite a bit and you may be submitting to the wrong place........

Nothing like this - I am saying that managed payment, microcredits, etc. was working with EU bank account. No compalins there, even I do like more Paypal.
BUT - I cannot confirm requested ID registration (driving license or passport), neither can submit scanned photocopy (as for example for Facebook details re-confirmation), neither anyone from may be 10 messages were answered.
EU regulations have nothing to do here, neither they can help - since ebay has no phone, no email, no office, no chat...may be I should take plane to US, when it is allowed to do so in the end of COVID pandemic

You should be able to use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to reach a chat option. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with that option. You will not be able to request a call back unless you are in North America, though.
Your best bet may be to contact eBay via social media:

I made all of these - response is ZERO, on facebook and on help/contacts, etc.
The best answer on Facebook was to go to help/contacts and I write there... some result.
Before there were problems and there was a dialogue, now it is just not possible.
I wait until next week. If ebay for some reason decide to get rid from small seller...so it should be,
I know screaming more will not help at all, if they want so.
So, I am in the acceptance phase, hope they have someone reading and answering soon...

Finally ebay start responding, their system is still not working and more than 1000USD is withheld.
I wonder if all people with withheld money, and with already supplied details can make a group case in court, so we finally got our money?!!! We will see.

I am experiencing this issue where I cannot update my National ID details. It will not accept the correct details that I enter. Hopefully eBay will respond

If you recently updated your username, try signing out of eBay and signing back in to make sure the changes have propagated fully.
Make sure you are submitting your details on the same site you used to register the account originally.
If that does not help, try contacting eBay via social media.
