We use File Exchange to import our listings, as they are multiple variations per listings, like up to 60 products / colors. We have no problem doing this.
However, if you load an image for each variation then you can NOT change the Quantity in Seller Hub.
You will get an error stating that you have a mix match of image types, or that abouts.
So it forces you to either have to go through file exchange an upload a file just to change the quantity on one of your maybe 60 variations - what a pain. Or, don't have images for each of your variations, which is what we have had, but makes for a bad listings and not very clear for customers.
So, why the error? As I have uploaded ALL the images through file exchange there should not be an errors saying you have mixed types of images.
I also notice on MIP that you can not update a variation quantity via Seller Hub, you have to upload an inventory file. A lot of work just to change the QTY of a single variation in your listings.
Any ideas? Or is this just how it is.
