'Undo' button in purchase history overlaps dropdown list

There's potentially a bug affecting the desktop eBay site, where a dropdown menu is hidden by an 'Undo' button.

It seems like the button has incorrect foreground layer priority

In the 'Purchase history' section, items can be hidden using a dropdown menu. That menu opens by clicking the item's 'More actions' button.

After hiding an item, a blue 'Undo' button appears. This button has topmost  foreground priority; The 'More actions' dropdown menu gets hidden underneath the 'Undo' button.

The mobile site doesn't seem to have these options, so the bug only appears on mobiles when the desktop site is requested

This bug still exists, and affects all devices and browsers i've tested. To replicate it, hide 2 items from the history. Depending on whether the last one you clicked was above or below the first one, you may now have the 'Undo' bar hiding a few of the options.
