You're right - it doesn't work in Firefox or Chrome - the label page flashes by real quick then goes to the "server down" page.
I can tag Community Team members to look at it but they won't be back until Monday
You can contact eBay CS to report it and ask them to open a ticket.

Hey @ferncliff-39 and @deep_purple_katharine_2! I'm not sure why you're unable to get the cost adjustment screen to load but in the meantime, all necessary info can be seen at the bottom of the email; including the cost adjustment owed, weight provided on the label and the actual weight, etc.
In the meantime, if you can get me a screen shot and URL for the page you're taken to when you select to 'View cost adjustments', I'll get a ticket filed with our tech team.
