Unable to upload photos to create a listing

I have been trying for days to list an item. Every time I upload a photo, and complete the listing, I push the button to list, and then it says I forgot to add a photo. I have tried everything I know to do. Take different photos. Clear all cookies. System restore. Restart computer. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me? It is driving me crazy.

Hey @peedleatta.

- Are the photos you're uploading within eBay's size requirements?

- Before you hit publish, scroll up to see if the photos are still there. Let us know the results.

- If the photos are still there, try saving as a draft. Then go in to the draft - are the photos still there?

I have been a seller for over 20 years and never had a problem with the size before. The photo is there until I hit the list button. Then it's gone. I have tried saving as a draft. It will not save the photo to the draft, unfortunately.

Thanks for the added info - that's helpful in diagnosing any problems. I've seen a few threads lately about photos but haven't read them. If I have time tonight I'll look for them to see if there's a common issue. In the meantime maybe someone else will have some insight to offer.

Have you tried using a different browser just to rule that out as a potential issue?

I don't know what happened, I did nothing differently, but I just tried listing again, for the umpteenth time, and it actually worked. I don't know if there was a glitch in the system or what, but it went through this time. I will post if the issue happens again. I appreciate your help!
