Any Idea What Is Happening Here?

Using Firefox (Windows only), ebay.co.uk just continually loads on a white screen. Page never actually shows.

ebay.com works, so it is some weird issue with the .co.uk link.

ebay.co.uk also works on Firefox for Android as well as Microsoft Edge... So issue seems to just be with Firefox on Windows.

I have tried disabling tracking blockers and adblockers... Still the same.

Any kind of ideas of what I can do? Firefox is my main browser and Ebay UK is my main marketplace... So I'd really like this to just work.

NEW INFORMATION:

So going to the ebay.co.uk link on Firefox doesn't work... But if you try to reach another area of the site, instead of the main home that you normally go to... It loads. It just seems to be the home page for me that wont load...

So weird...

Are you following a link or just going to the main ebay.co.uk page?

An old link may need to be updated if it is not redirecting correctly.

If the same page loads correctly in another browser, try clearing your cache and manually delete ebay.co.uk cookies in the original browser.

If the main page is not loading, try going to a different page, such as the site map:

https://pages.ebay.co.uk/sitemap.html

Hey @steven-fellows. You got some good tips above from eburtonlab.

Just wanted to ask: Do you remember what page you were on when you clicked a referral link to the discussion forums or could you check your browser history? There's a link somewhere on the .co.uk pages (or possibly on the app) that's directing people to these .com discussion forums. kyle@ebay could use any info you're able to share so he can work on getting that reported and fixed.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
