Have tried on 3 different computers. Image thumbnails will not load in Internet Explorer. Get a green circle of death and have to kill browser to get out of listing. Active, Draft, Scheduled. Anybody else getting this?

Me too! Nothing will list, no pictures will load and no updates to current scheduled listings.
Never-ending green circle.

Quick update... this has now been reported to TECH at 6PM Pacific, no ETA.
Some are having luck using Google Chrome in Windows 10 so it is worth a try to use a different browser in whatever platform you are on.

New update. eBay has found the problem and are working on a fix. It is possible to fix this without waiting by going to control panel and doing a Windows update manually rather than waiting for the auto update to come to your device. I just updated to KB4534132 which is the very latest update. Previous update was from Jan 17 2020. Working for me now after that (quick) update. Good luck.

I've been having the same problem since last night, 1/29/2020, tried everything on my end with no luck, even manually updated Win10 to KB4534132, and didn't have any luck with that either. It is my assumption the problem is with ebay, frustrating to say the least.

Still not fixed. Refresh works maybe one time in ten when listing or relisting. Though, when relisting it seems to remember the pictures you already loaded, so unless you need to edit the pictures, relisting still seems to go through properly. Item picture thumbnails in all my seller managing pages also seem to be abnormally slow to load. Pages visible to buyers work fine though.

Yeah I often times select sell similar from my selling page when I'm wanting to list a new item, will then edit the text and change out the pictures / thumbnails and when refinished just load the new listing. I am able to do that with the exception of changing out the ebay / thumbnail pictures, so my new listing has the pictures from the "sell similar" listing. Again from what I've read elsewhere I think the problem is on ebay end, but getting any help from them is impossible, especially if your running IE for a browser which ebay doesn't support, but sounds like other browsers are having the same problem. Why Unions don't solicit ebay sellers to create a "sellers union" is beyond me, if there ever was a case of Elizabeth Warrens claim of "you didn't build that business", it would be ebay in my opinion. Obviously this technical problem is effecting hard working ebay sellers from doing what they do and have no real representation or say so in the matter.
