Size options by waist (i.e. 26, 27, 28, etc) are not showing up as an item specific option in the left hand navigation filter under women's jeans and pants. It's ridiculous that it's a required item specific and not even searchable! There are many brands that don't use standard US sizing and go by waist size only.
I tried calling in to report the issue, but got nowhere of course. Supervisor could only read off recommendations on being optimized for search like offering free shipping...right. There have been so many issues with search lately. I'm afraid buyers are just giving up when they can't find relative results and going elsewhere.
Hopefully will be fixed soon, as I have no idea where to report this.
