Unable to send offers

Along with the multitude of other issues; I now cannot send offers in bulk on the app. I put the percentage and when I hit submit it’s the wheel of death. Also noticed it makes the offer price $0.00 so thank god it isn’t going through. I’m not giving things away, although lately on eBay that’s the only way to get a sale. Anyway, another broken day on broken ebay.

Thank you Devon. Do you happen to have any update? This is still an issue and I’m also not getting any new items to send offers to. It appears my store/items are not showing. Please let me know how to get my account looked at and fixed. Thank you.
