Unable to send offers on ebay.com

Hi everyone.

I have been having some issues sending offers on my listing from ebay.com

Even though the listing is eligible to send offers (fixed price with watchers) after I tru to send the offer I get a message saying that it is not eligible.

This does not happen on ebay.co.uk

Can anyone please help?

I have tried contactin ebay but with no success.

It's common for items to appear on the SIO (seller initiated offer) eligibility list, but then show up as not eligible when you try to send the offer.

There are many valid reasons this can happen.

One example is the buyer had the item on their watch list, then removed the item from their watchlist, and the system didn't catch up quickly enough to remove the item from the SIO eligibility list.
