For the past 2 months, 20% of all our listing images are having issues. Images are not showing up in gallery. Customer service is also unable to help. We have multiple stores and images showing up in 1 ebay store will not show up in the other stores. Images on other platforms shows up OK so we are sure it is not our server or image link issue. Hopefully some kind soul is able to advice and point us in the correct direction. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone help with this topic?

I saw someone else reporting this the other day. It appears the issue is specific to using Seller Hub Reports to upload listings in bulk. @thisisall1word posted about it here.
I don't know what you can try, other than re-uploading the images.
What I do suggest is submitting a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

Also make sure you aren't running an ad blocker of some type on eBay's pages.
It appears now that (at least since yesterday) I'm having issues with Firefox and Malwarebytes Browser Guard (that I have been using without any issues for years) now causing weird page stoppages.
But it could be something like that. Won't hurt to check. You can also try a different browser.

Thanks, I submitted the tech report. Wasn't aware of the little "?" mark icon to submit one. Here is an example of one that when I relist the pictures disappear:

I did use Seller Hub Reports to upload listings. I used hyperlinks to my local server for the images. But I deleted those images long ago which is probably the reason for this issue. But ebay does have a copy of them as shown in the original listing. So why can't it use that?

Ah, that's not a tech error. That explains why it's happening. When you use the Reports upload eBay is pulling from the URLs you provide. Deleting the images means eBay has nothing to pull.
If you want to use the images on the old listing then you need to bulk relist from your ended listings page, not with a fresh Reports upload @thisisall1word .

I'm trying to list one item and none of the pictures are showing up. I thought it was just for the page for creating the listing, but after publishing the images still aren't there. I've disabled every extension, used Firefox and a Chromium based browser, and get the same results no matter what.

I'm not following.
- Is this a brand new listing, a relist, or a sell similar?
- Is it using Reports or is it using your ended listings page?
- Is this one of the items where pictures were deleted from your external host?

I am actually doing the relist from the ended listings page. The images do show correctly on that page. But when I try and relist the images disappear ( presumably because I deleted them on my server ). But that should not matter as Ebay clearly has the photos and doesn't need to rely on my server's photos anymore.
Here's the example:

Hmm, that I don't know for sure. I'd think it would retain the photos, but then again if it's referring back to the original upload data it may be trying to read from your server.
If you remind me next week, we can ping somebody from eBay and see if they are able to get answers. I don't want to do it this week with eBay OPEN happening as the question could get lost.
In the meantime I suggest either keeping pics on your server, or uploading pics direct to eBay.
