Unable to send offers and end listings

I am unable to send offers.  Also cannot end listings.

What happens when you try?

Any difference if you use a different browser or a different device?

When I try to end a listing, none of the buttons show up.

Ive had off and on issues on offers all day as well. 

Chrome - send offer button returned a different batch of items than I had selected

Safari - Send offer button was unclickable after making selection of items

Both issues eventually resolved so appears sporadic. Issues above were 5 hours apart

If it happens again try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page. If the problem was a simple cache issue due to a page update, it may not recur unless or until eBay makes another similar sort of page update.
