Unable to send mockup image for personalisation product

For two years there have been no hitches

Customer wants to see how their personalisation request would look so I send image via listing

For the passed two weeks I have had to revert back to "Classic View" to send images

But now even that has stopped

Images are medium sized and all under 1mb - I've tried smaller but still the same

I do have message at top of ALL my messages saying :-

Don't exchange contact details to Buy or sell outside of eBay policy buy or sell outside eBay.

I've never asked someone to go outside ebay

I rang ebay and they said they would start a ticket .... a week ago

Can anybody help please?  Sending mockups is a big part of my business

Oh....I don't get any error messages - I upload the image but the submit button remains greyed out...or in the new messages view.....nothing happens when I try and submit

Sorry - first line should read:-

Sorry - in classic view the reason it didn't work is I hadn't added any text in message

So classic view still works

BUT....I much prefer the new messaging system...that definitely doesn't allow me to send images
