Unable to select shipping service on my listing

I can't select parcel shipping on my listing. It looks as though it has successfully selected, but when I press "List" button, the page gives me this error message:

I reproduced on both desktop and Android app. I have attempted different shipment services (letter, parcel, standard) with different dimensions and pricing (flat rate, calculated), all with the same broken result. The service appears, and then as soon as I press the "List it" button, the service disappears, and I get the above error. I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.

This marks the 10th bug I've had to deal with on eBay and it's getting too much. Moving my sales to Whatnot

@tanns111,

You are trying to use the Canada Post regular Parcel shipping service.

The minimum length for this service is 230mm (23 cm) and you have entered 13 cm (too small).

The minimum weight for this service is 100 g, and you have entered 12 g (too small).

You can check the requirements for Canada Post shipping services by searching on their website:

These are the .com discussion boards @tanns111 - you'd get more help if you post on the .ca discussion boards.

I accepted this solution too soon. Even after updating the dimensions to the Canada Post accepted dimensions, I get the same behaviour:

Switch to Business instead of selling as individual , it let me list it right away after trying to do this for hours and now it's 2am.  It worked when I switched to business.

@zodiak650
I’m pretty sure the issue the OP has posted is resolved. Because this thread is over a year old.
