Unable to schedule package pickup for orders or leave feedback

For the past few days I have been unable to schedule a package pickup. Possibly a USPS issue, though I am able to schedule it from their site---just so long as I am signed into my account. Also, tried to leave feedback for some of my purchases and receive an error message.

There's a tech ticket open on the FB problem. If you want to contact CS to add your account, tell them you're running into ALERT14130

What's the problem with scheduling a package pickup? Can you post a screenshot?

This is what I'm seeing. At USPS, I receive the same message unless I am logged into my USPS account.

I was successful in leaving feedback for a purchase a few minutes ago.

To schedule a pickup with USPS you do have to be logged in. That screenshot is from the USPS site, so I assume eBay is directing to the same USPS page that's giving you an error on the USPS site when you go there directly. This is a USPS issue, which as you discovered, is solved by logging in to your USPS account.
