Unable to purchase postage label

Unable to buy postage label, every time I press purchase, a message appears telling me something has gone wrong.

what should I do? Is eBay having problems or just me?

Are you purchasing postage on ebay.com, or on ebay.co.uk?

Currently you are signed in to ebay.com and you are posting on the ebay.com community pages.

If that is not the issue, be sure you have a valid payment method for your postage.

Apparently I have no funds. I received notification that buyer paid and to send now, but account had not been credited. I hadn’t had this issue before, so now I know!

So no funds wasn’t the reason. I was told the following day that Royal Mail and eBay had a glitch. This also wasn’t the reason.  Turns out that eBay  and Royal Mail cannot provide labels to BFPO, so I had to go to the post office and pay for postage there.
