Unable to purchase eBay International Standard Delivery label

I've attempted to purchase the label in different browers, cleared my cache/cookies and made edits to the address and item description. I receive "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later." every time. 

This issue was included in ALERT14466, which was marked as resolved on 5/9.

I got the same error message on 2 different international orders today (June 1, 2023). One is a repeat buyer that I have shipped to multiple times so I know it’s not an address issue. So frustrating!

I'm having the same issue with buying an EISD label.  It began yesterday, and is still happening today. 

Same error message :  "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."

Update: So this morning I cleared my history and cookies then logged back in and was able to print both labels through EISD.

Another update: I was also able to purchase my EISD label this morning.
