Hi, I am a business seller and after listing 5 new times last week I have realised the promote listing box on the create listing page has disappeared!, I have spoken to three different customer service advisors who each could not work out why this problem is so it’s been referred to the technical team. If I try to promote listings via the seller hub I am getting the notification “listing does not qualify for promotion”. We are a little concerned as sales are now slow and I’m wondering if this could be linked in anyway, has anyone had this issue?
