Tried yesterday to print a UPS shipping label; kept getting a message that "we are unable to print your label". Contacted ebay and was told it would take 12 -24 hours to correct; still no luck 24 hrs later. Also having no luck getting details on money transfers for sales.

Check the address format here (even though for UPS:

https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction_input

Also make sure no PO Box in the address anywhere for UPS.

I had the same problem yesterday, and could not print a UPS label.

It was gray on the choice screen and wouldn't respond to clicking it.

I did call Ebay representative and they said it would be fixed. I ended up just printing a USPS label instead. Am interested that it wasn't just my one

instance.

I am having the same issue right now trying to print a Fed Ex label. Same error.

I did go back to check the address as someone mentioned. It did have a P O box. And what is weird, it is a purchase outside of US. Whatever AE stands for. I'm almost sure I had Global shipping ONLY. But this purchase is not going to Kentucky for Global Shipping. So being a PO Box and AE, I think that's why I was not able to use Fed Ex. No problems printing USPS. Would have been nice for the system to tell me why instead of having us guessing.

I have the same problem, not able to print labels. I have media mail and it is grayed out. Also having with regular shipping. I get a message to edit labels (but can’t get past this point) I was told technical issues a few days ago, still not working. I’ve been shipping with paypal.

I haven't been able to generate a shipping label since ebay changed to the new payment system this year (2021.)

Customer service is worthless. I've called 4 different times and each time was told I'd receive a call or email response. Guess what, they never respond. As a result, I am paying 10% more than I should be because I have to pay at the post office. Very frustrating and time consuming. I'm thinking of leaving ebay after more than 20 years!

As a great backup open a free Pirate Ship account, same discounts for USPS and UPS. It also integrates directly with ebay and has more features.

I also called eBay on day two of the problem, was told they are working on it. Only one of my stores was affected- and printing my labels on ship station linked to my other store, is making it impossible to get accurate expense accounting in both of the stores.

They need to put up a notice on the label page - rather than "lie by omission" to those that support them by selling on their platform. I try multiple times each day and then have to fire up ship station to print each and every time.
