Unable to print shipping labels, labels not downloading 7/3/2025

Tried printing a shipping label this morning, printed one yesterday with no problems. The print screen has changed since yesterday so they must have updated something. It isn't working. The print label button does not download the label. Please fix the update.

What browser are you using?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Check your browser settings to make sure that your PDF settings have not changed. For best results, set PDFs to open in a dedicated PDF reader rather than using your browser's built-in utility.

Hi @oldnumi . I saw someone else report this problem earlier today. They were using mobile web (browser on their tablet).

Are you also using mobile web or are you using classic web (browser on a laptop/desktop)?

Which browser are you using and is your browser up to date?

Same issue here. Using my same desktop Mac that I always have. Printed fine yesterday. Tried printing a smaller size, etc.......the label is simply NOT there to print. Going to try and call them.

Using Firefox - I am assuming my MAC software is now outdated (using Firefox) with ebay's latest changes.. I was able to get the label to print on Google Chrome. I have an older desktop MAC  (running 10.11.6 ) and I am maxed out on my updates. Looks like a new computer is in my near future! Looks like this may be an issue for lots of folks.
