Unable to print postage

Is there something going on with eBay postage printing? I am charged for the postage and then it prints nothing.  This has happened all day.

If you are sure you were charged for the postage?

Did the label preview open?

Make sure your browser is set to Open not Save PDF files using Adobe and not its built in reader.

I am having this same problem. I can see the properly-filled out label on my screen and even in the print dialog box. But when it prints, there's nothing but the outlines of the shipping label, the eBay logo and a scan code. No shipper or recipient information.

@comics-scifi-collectibles  The previous issue was a confirmed outage on the labels platform that lasted for a day and was resolved. The experience people had during that is that the page could not be accessed and gave an HTML error page, even if they had clicked to print a label. 

The issue reported above seems to be different from that one, based on the information the OP has provided, because they are able to access the label, but it is blank when it prints. I did not find any open tickets for this, so contacting customer service about this is their best course of action.
