Unable to print packing slip

Is anybody else having trouble getting packing slips to load?  I have two orders to ship today but when I click PRINT PACKING SLIP it just spins like it's trying to load.  I'm using a laptop computer, tried two different browsers, also shut down and restarted my computer.  I'm able to purchase and print shipping labels, so might have to send today's packages without packing slips.

I am having the same problem and found this workaround:

Go to the following page:

https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

Click view order details next to the item for which you need to print a packing slip.

At the top of the order details page click the print packing slip button.

The slip will print as normal.

Problem is still unresolved since late last week. Still unable to load and print a packing slip from the "Label Created" page

Same. Did you see my workaround above? You have to do them one by one.

Workaround: Go to ORDERS> click on the VIEW ORDER DETAILS. If it doesn't appear click on the image of the item you show which opens a box with the VIEW ORDER DETAILS link. Click> MORE ACTIONS then click PRINT PACKING SLIP.

Same here. I had to go to "Shipping Labels" and print from there.

Still not working - just hangs.  Tried on Edge and Chrome browsers.   Going to Shipping Labels -> "Print packing slip and more" does work well, however.   Labor Day - go figure we are working!  9/2/2024, 10:00 AM CDT.

Yes, thanks for the heads-up. Been using the workaround since the problem appeared last week, but calling it out again so they can prioritize the fix. Going to order details or shipping labels tab to adds extra time and hassle to what should be a quick process.  Hopefully eBay can get to work on it soon.
