Unable to print packing slip

Is anybody else having trouble getting packing slips to load?  I have two orders to ship today but when I click PRINT PACKING SLIP it just spins like it's trying to load.  I'm using a laptop computer, tried two different browsers, also shut down and restarted my computer.  I'm able to purchase and print shipping labels, so might have to send today's packages without packing slips.

In the meantime, I suggest going through the seller hub > orders page to generate packing slips.

Not working for me either this morning. Tried two browsers with the same result. 

  Edit: You can print them from the top level hub page: "Manage orders awaiting shipment” then click the arrow next to the item and select “Print packing slips and more”.

FYI, where it does NOT work this morning from the  "Ship your order” window.

Go to the bulk labels page: https://www.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

On the top left click "print pick list" - you can use that as a substitute for the packing slip until eBay fixes the problem.

If there are multiple orders on that page, just check and remove all but one - then go through one at a time generating pick lists for each. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately that is my regular page for printing the packing slips and labels, and the packing slip problem is happening there.

In the meantime I'll try those other suggestions.

On another thread @a_c_green Devon confirmed there's a sitewide tech ticket open. Sellers impacted will have to wait it out. But using the bulk pick list is definitely a viable alternative.

Other options include printing a copy of the order details page (though you may want to cut off the entire column on the right). Or create your own packing slip by copy/pasting select info from the order details page into a text or word doc.

Yes, thanks; I posted that before I eventually realized the sheer scale of the problem that's occurring this morning. ISTR someone mentioning in the past that Thursdays (or Thursday nights) were when eBay would dump its latest untested revisions into Production, and this does seem to fit that pattern. 🙄

I swear, someone needs to have a nice long chat with whichever knuckleheads are making all these un-asked-for and untested revisions to the various interfaces.

You're the second person to say my suggestion in the first post above worked. Others are saying it does not work for them. 🤷

I guess I'll keep suggesting it just in case.

I can't get either of the packing slip or the label to print!  It just spins!

To the left of the order select "get packing slip and more" from the drop down. That should work.

After that, from the same actions menu you can select "get shipping label" to print the shipping label.

They are still working on a fix.  For now, there's another way to do it.  Go to SELLER HUB, then click on the ORDERS tab.  Select AWAITING SHIPMENT (or PAID AND SHIPPED if you've already purchased a label), then when you get to the item, pull down the little blue arrow and select PRINT PACKING SLIP AND MORE.  That last step is important, you have to use the little blue arrow, otherwise it won't work.  From there you should be able to print the packing slip with no problems.
