Same issue. Works on my Android phone but my husband cannot pay for an item with his mobile. Message: "You cannot pay for this item with eBay mobile at this time. Please pay for this item on the eBay website." Cache has been cleared. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled, phone has been restarted. Still get the same message. He gets the same message when using eBay in the Chrome browser on his phone. Please advise!
