Hope this is the correct forum for technical login problems, if it is not I apologise as I'm not sure who or how I can get help with this.
I'm having a lot of trouble trying to login to eBay on my computer via web browser, it asks me to type in the password, I do so and then it says it will send authorisation to my phone, my iPhone eBay app pings.
Then on the iPhone, I accept, but right after I hit accept a popup appears and then disappears.
The pop up says do you need help signing in?
As it appears and disappears i can not do anything further on the phone, it takes me back to the eBay home screen.
The on the computer however the eBay screen stays on the same screen. did you want to send a notification again?
So then I hit the send, phone pings again. but never does it login.
In order to login I must on the computer select send SMS then I get the SMS and then can login.
Seems like the app isn't talking to the server or something.
