Unable to list anything at all today.  Getting the red Ebay error message 

• Sorry, something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again.  And of course Ebay took down their phone number so now we have no support at all.  The automated assistant is useless.  How long is this going to continue???  A day of no business is a big loss for power sellers.  Come on Ebay give us answers, when is this going to be fixed?

This began happening to me yesterday.  Eventually I found the fix in other feeds about this problem.  eBay is no longer accepting a Condition value of "-" so I need to select a Condition value of "New" or "Used" to get past the error message.  I sell vintage and antique postcards from 80 - 120 years old, so I cannot select "New."  While I do NOT want to select "Used" when a postcard is in near mint condition, that appears to be my only option, though it is misleading.

Existing listings with a condition of "-" can no longer be edited, as that also generates the eBay error message unless the edit changes the Condition to "New" or "Used."  I have some GTC listings renewing later today with a Condition of "-" so I'm waiting to see if they get relisted, generate an error message, or just vanish.

What category are you listing in?

I understand that some categories such as trading cards and comic books no longer support a "--" as an option for Condition item-specific; if you are using that, try changing to "new" or "used" depending on what options are available in that category. And make sure any other required item-specifics are valid.

GTC listings that ended today got rolled over with no problems even if Condition was set to "-" so that is a bit of good news.

This has been happening to me for the past couple of weeks.  I get the error when confirming my information.  The item I was trying to list was marked as new, so that's not the issue for me at least.  When you use the automated assistant, eventually you can have someone call you (you can't call them; they call you).  I had someone call me, and  first they wanted me to delete cookies etc, or try a different browser.  When I told them I had already tried all of that, they said it was a known issue and to just keep trying.  That's some great customer service for you!

Some time today the Condition problem got fixed so that selecting "-" no longer causes an error message on new listings or updated listings.  Thanks, eBay!
