Unable to add item to cart after it being cancelled

I accepted a discount offer on an item but wasn't able to purchase it in time or something, so the order got canceled. I am not unable to add the item to my cart without it giving me an error. 

How do I fix this?

I would clear (delete) everything in my cart, then shut down and restart my browser.  Start over and try again. If the offer has expired, it is expired so it can't be used.  Try sending the seller an offer or maybe the seller can resend a new offer.

I just checked something else, it won't let me add any of the seller's items to my cart without error.

what date did you make the offer?

what date did the seller accept the offer?

what date did you attempt to pay for it?

What kind of item is it?  Are you sure the item is allowed to be shipped to your location? Is the seller in the US?

What does the error say?

If a previous order was canceled for nonpayment, the seller may have blocked you from making a purchase directly. Or the existence of two or more unpaid items may be preventing you from purchasing due to not meeting the seller's Buyer Requirements.

See if you can make a purchase from another seller.
