Unable to Send Combined Invoices – “Invalid Format” Error
- Issue started today and has persisted all day
- Unable to send combined invoices from Seller Hub
- Occurs on both eBay app and desktop website
- Option to edit shipping cost appears, but no numbers can be entered
- Numeric keyboard opens, but system displays “Invalid format” in red
- All apps and browsers are fully updated
- Issue affects multiple buyers, not a single transaction
- I regularly send combined invoices before payment without issues
- eBay Support was unable to resolve the issue and misunderstood Seller Hub invoice functionality
This appears to be a system bug affecting the combined invoice feature.
