Yeah, looks like it’s definitely a system bug on eBay’s end — a few sellers have mentioned getting the same “Invalid format” message today. It’s probably not anything on your side since you’ve tried multiple devices and browsers. I’d keep a note of the affected orders and maybe try again later or tomorrow — eBay usually pushes a quiet fix for these things once they notice enough reports. Frustrating that support didn’t seem to understand the Seller Hub part though.
