Unable to Generate USPS Scan Form in Bulk Shipping - 2 days now not working

USPS Scan Form will not generate for the past 2 days.

Used Bulk Shipping to create and print 12 USPS shipping labels on Sunday - USPS Scan form will not generate.  Nothing but Bulk Shipping Error messages.

Used Bulk Shipping to create and print 2 USPS shipping labels early Monday morning - USPS Scan Form still will not generate.  Again Received nothing but Bulk Shipping Error messages.

Bulk Shipping now shows I have 14 USPS labels to generate on one Scan Form.

Over the past 2 days I have attempted to generate a Scan Form at least 20 times at different times of day after logging out, clearing cashe, history, etc.  Nothing but Bulk Shipping Error messages.

I have a spinal injury and rely on my USPS carrier to pick up my eBay packages using a Scan Form.  No Scan Form - no pick up if more than 3 packages.  I now have to find someone to deliver these packages to local USPS and stand in line while each is scanned all the while listening to the clerk complain about having to do it. 

Please eBay Tech, fix this.  Thank you.

I just spent 25 minutes discussing this issue on eBay Live Chat.  Spoke with 2 Team Mates, neither of whom had a clue what a USPS Scan Form is nor that sellers can generate one in Bulk Shipping.

Disappointing and frustrating having to repeatedly explain eBay Bulk Shipping and Scan forms to them.  They still kept asking if I was having trouble buying a shipping label.

Hopefully the eBay Tech Team can fix this.
