UNable to pay for an item?

hi all. i purchased at item for a little over a dollar last night and the seller is international. it is not giving me an option to pay with paypal just a card that is expired. i dont want an unpaid item strike, so does anybody know how to fix this? ive never had this happen before and ive purchased things overseas many time. many thanks in advance.

If the last card you used on eBay has expired, do you have another non-expired card you could use?

There should be a check box to "Add a credit or debit card" if you expand your payment options.

hi it is greyed out it wont let me so is paypal credit and the cards i have on paypal im not sure what to do i dont want an unpaid strike

Can you use a desktop browser to go to your account settings and add a new credit card there?

If so, then go back to your Purchase History and see if you can pay using the new credit card.

Go through the account setting and add your new credit card. Use desktop browser for this process.

please try another card that you have, I think that your previous card is expired...

I can't pay for my order too.
It must be something on PayPal side. I have tried different cards and different methods. Never had similar issues before.

Does your seller ship to Ukraine?

Is your seller new to selling? It is possible that the seller has not set up the account to accept payments from your location.

Shipping address is USA for the seller.  I use additional intermediate agent to delivery to my site. 
I use Ukrainian bank's card for payment is that can be problem?  
I made such purchases previously without issues.

It could be a problem if the seller has not set up the PayPal account to accept payment from Ukraine banks (or foreign banks in general). This is often a problem for new sellers that have not sold internationally very much.

You may want to contact the seller.

im having the same issue i cant pay for anything and tried paypal and paying with debit card. i have tried using the app and desktop browser still cant pay for anything.

Are you checking out on ebay.com, or ebay.co.uk?

Sign in to your PayPal account and make sure it is current and not requesting additional information or new card information.

Try another credit or debit card, or paying from a checking account through your PayPal account.

Is the problem with one seller, or many?

Does your seller ship to the UK?

Is your seller new to selling?

What error are you seeing, or at what point are you getting stuck?
