UK (L)user can only login via ebay.com (Please Verify Yourself) - I'VE HAD ENOUGH!

Had enough of the technical issues with trying to use this companies site - Anyone have the UK telephone number?

I need to get in contact with a seller and CAN'T USE THIS SITE!  Keeps asking me to"Please Verify Myself" even after logging in and using the .COM site.....  I've been trying to arrange a refund to me for an item a seller  can't deliver for over a month....
