Turbo Lister Multiple ID's Accounts moving inventory

Hello, Been using Turbo Lister under two Different User Ids and usually just use the 'change user' tab to switch back and forth between my two sets of listings inventory (for my two different Ebay stores) tonite I had to re-sign into Turbo Lister with Ebay so I did so using one of my user Id's...but now when I change to the listings for my second ID, turbo lister only posts to my original signed in acct...I dont see where I can actually 'update' and sign in with my second id so I can actuall list and post to that ID...any help appreciated, thanks!

In TurboLister, any account, click on Tools>Compact databases. If it has an error, end Turbo, restart and repeat the Compact.

If you still cannot access the second account, click on Help>Contact Customer Service. Fill out the form and send.

I had this problem but here is a work around that helped me. When you click change User ID at the bottom of the box it has a selection "NEW" I clicked on that and entered the exact user id and it worked. It will show a "-1" next to the new user ID. I was able to import export to both users and it uploaded correctly. Hope this helps
