I get an error message photo must be 500 pixels but that doesn't make any sense to me because I have been an ebay seller for 10 years and have always uploaded photos the same way. Take a picture with my IPhone 7 Camera, send it actual size (1.2 MB) by email to my desktop computer, save it and then add it to my listing. Doesn't work.
I keep getting an error message that it is not big enough, but in reality it is. I recently relisted some items which were accepted without any problem and all of those pictures were taken exactly as I am currently doing. What is wrong and is there an inside Ebay problem? Please help. I have many items to list and cannot without photos.
