Hello,

Lately we've been having trouble listing items on eBay. What will happen is that when we go to create a listing, fill in all of the details, upload images, etc. and finally hit "List Item" at the bottom the page the screen will just flash and the item doesn't actually list. So then we try to save the draft in order to safely refresh the page and try again, but the draft doesn't save. A spinning wheel appears and gets stuck forever when saving. So we go to our drafts and a portion of the draft is there to edit, but then it's missing the pictures and other details like shipping dims. Very frustrating. This just started happening in the past couple weeks. Affects multiple PCs too. We're all running Windows 10 and Google Chrome. Is this a known issue or is there a fix?

Just to add to this.... we are eventually successful in getting the item listed, but typically have to go though the process twice it seems.

It might be worth trying another browser to see if the issue only affects Chrome.

Or try listing in Chrome using an incognito browser window; if that works, the issue likely has something to do with your browser cache or eBay cookies. Try clearing those ("for all time"). If not, try temporarily disabling browser add-ons such as ad blockers to see if there is any change. It is possible a recent Chrome update changed some browser settings, or a change on eBay's end is causing an issue for you, or both.

I'll give an incognito window a try to see if the issue comes up again. I guess if no one else is having the same problem maybe it's cookies.

I'm having that problem. After filling out everything and come to shipping, I get stopped when I change to flat rate. I'm unable to get rid of the calculated shipping. Then when I try to save my draft, it won't finish loading, wont save, and half my description with measurements disappear. Very frustrating, and I've given feedback several times to no avail. Since I try to be detailed, I feel like I'm wasting my time!
