found the Norton 360 was the culprit.Removed from pc and no problem
posting for weeks.

I just started to have the same exact problem. I have tried 3 different
browsers and cleared cookies and cashe . No help. Seems to happen more
in the evening. Very frustrating. I opened a ticket with ebay support.
We will see if that works
