Until May 31st, 2023, every item I sent from Brazil to the US had a lot of precise tracking information on eBay tracking system, from the moment it's been posted on the Post Office until its delivery to the buyer.
Unfortunately, everything changed from June 1st on. Now, not a single item I've sent to the US shows any tracking updates after those parcels left Brazil. There are several packages that have already been delivered to the customers, but eBay tracking system still shows the message "Departure from outward office of exchange", thus considering those parcels still undelivered.
I've never been able to track those parcels on the USPS site or, to be honest, on any other tracking site, but eBay tracking system have always been incredibly useful and detailed, until now.
Would it be possible to see what might have happened, please?
