I noticed my account shows only 93.53% Tracking uploaded on time and validated, which doesn’t make sense. I went through all 170 orders in that report, and every single one was shipped on time with a USPS scan form. All of them are either in transit or already delivered, and USPS tracking confirms this.
However, on eBay’s side, it only says “Tracking provided". Clearly something’s off with eBay’s tracking validation system.

We do not have any alerts matching this right now, however, when this happens we do recommend getting in touch with our agents so they can first file a ticket to get an alert generated if there are enough reports, and then to see if the agent can have the discrepency corrected. We recommend going through the Facebook team for this.

Is there an Alert on the issue of USPS & eBay Acceptance scan and tracking not being recorded and updated? Should these Sellers try making contact with eBay directly to try and get this corrected on their accounts?

Just looked at mine…98.6. Should be 100% because of that date…I guess we need to contact them..you would think their “ system” would correct this.

I contacted eBay this morning about this, as I am experiencing the same issue. The agent I chatted with made reference to the AWS outage earlier in the week and said it could be related to that. She also submitted a report to the "tech team" to review the issue, and submitted the defects for review. Seeing as I am having the same issue, and the USPS website is showing the correct tracking, I am sure all this will get removed.
I'd recommend contacting eBay though the facebook page, it is much easier to get in touch with an agent that way. I am trying to get a ticket # for reference in case anyone else wants to reach out to them but I have not gotten one yet ('ll update this post once I do)

elizabeth@ebay the thread you posted (that is locked and nobody can comment) does not say WHAT to do if it affects you....so is it now 'automatically being done' or do sellers still need to contact the Facebook reps??

Ebay reported no carrier scan on October 18,19, 2025 brought me from 100% to 97%. CS was no help.
