I have been trying to communicate with E-Bay that items shipped through E-Bay are removing the tracking number and marking themselves as uploaded tracking late. Customer service has verified the issue on multiple occasions and I keep getting an e-mail back to upload the tracking number for future orders. In other words, nobody is looking into this issue.
E-Bay uploads the tracking number when the label is created and E-Bay is the one with the computer glitch removing the tracking number and marking it late for shipment/tracking upload.
In shipping labels on the order page, each item that has "lost" its tracking number is missing the E-Bay item number. It is only happening on Fed-Ex and UPS shipments, the USPS shipping does not appear to have this issue.
How can I get E-Bay to fix this issue and remove my late tracking uploads, the evidence is all in the system and every customer service person I have spoken with has acknowledged that this is clearly a software issue. HELP!!!
